Call or pop into the desk
Tell us who's coming and what's going on. We'll find a time and add your pet's details to the diary.

Arrive and settle in
A quick weigh-in at the front desk. Cats wait on their own side of the room, away from the dogs.

The exam room
We go nose to tail, explain what we see as we go, and agree any treatment and its price with you before it happens.

Home with notes
You leave with written notes, any medicines, and a reminder set for the next thing that's due.

What should I bring to the first visit?
Any vaccine cards or notes from a previous vet, a list of food and medicines, and your pet on a lead or in a carrier. A familiar blanket in the carrier helps nervous cats.
Do you see rabbits and small pets?
Yes — rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, hamsters and ferrets. Small-pet exams are $48. We don't see birds or reptiles.
How do I pay?
Card, cash or pay-by-phone at the desk when the visit is done. For surgery we give you a written estimate first.
Can I get my pet's records sent over?
Yes. Give us your old clinic's name and we'll ask them for the records before your first visit.
