The studio
Two treatment rooms, soft light, and a kettle always on.
Palewind is a skin-care and nail studio on Linden Row. We keep the menu short on purpose: a handful of facials, careful nail work and brows, each done at an unhurried pace.
Every first facial starts with a short conversation about your skin, what you use at home and what you'd like to change. If a treatment isn't right for you, we'll say so and suggest something gentler.

Book
Call, email, or leave a message with the treatment and a day that suits. We call back to confirm a time.

Arrive
Come five minutes early for tea and a short form about your skin or nails. There's a place for your coat and bag.

Talk it through
Before anything starts, we look, ask, and agree the plan with you. You can change your mind at any point.

Aftercare
You leave with plain notes on what we used and how to look after your skin or nails for the next few days.

Can I change or cancel?
Yes. Please let us know at least a day ahead so we can offer the time to someone else. There's no charge for moving an appointment.
I have sensitive skin. Is a facial right for me?
Often, yes, with the right products. Tell us when you book and we'll plan the calm skin facial or start with a consultation. If you're under a doctor's care for your skin, check with them first.
How long does gel polish take to remove?
About twenty minutes. We soak it off gently rather than filing hard, which is kinder to your natural nails.
Can I bring a friend?
For nails, yes — we can book two side by side on Thursdays and Saturdays. Facials are one guest per room.
How do I pay?
Card or cash at the end of your visit. Gift cards are welcome against any treatment.
